When to report (Dates and Deadlines)   DIRECTIONS ON WHEN TO REPORT A NEW TREATMENT CYCLE   Cases must be registered the year the hormonal stimulation began, even when follicular aspiration TAKE PLACE IN January of the following year   Cases initiated on December 2010 and aspirated at the beginning of 2011 must be reported on the year 2010   Only for this year (2010), cases initiated on December 2009 and aspirated on January 2010 can be reported as cases of the year 2010       Directions how to report ART cycles, since 2010 will be the transition to the new case-to-case registry - cases with first treatment-related drug administration in December 2009 and oocyte pick-up in January 2010 will be recorded in the 2010 registry. - cases with first treatment-related injection administered in December 2010 and oocyte pick-up inJanuary 2011 will be recorded in the 2010 registry   Note: a) The consistency of the information reported for each case is checked automatically as the data is entered in each period. b) The authenticity of the information provided by each center is certified during the visit of accreditation performed by evaluators of the RED. During each visit, the data reported is checked with that present in the patient medical life charts and/or laboratory files.
